FFL Transfer Info

Incoming 
 
 If you are expecting a transfer CCG will contact you.
Note: Tell the dealer to include your contact information with an invoice copy.
Only FFL-to-FFL Shipments can be accepted. No Private Party shipments.
-You will be called once your transfer is received and processed
-You come to the shop to fill out the appropriate paperwork
-The $25 transfer fee per item and the 8.7% WA State Use Tax on your purchase will be collected
-Tactical rifles will require an additional $18.00 fee and local LE background check
-The state form is faxed to the appropriate LE Authority to conduct your background check
-The LE Authority may take up to 12 business days to return results
-CCG will call you when the background check response is returned
 
 
-Products left over 30 days after notification are subject to forfeiture-
 
Special Notes:
 This process includes Law Enforcement members.
Active Military members must provide a copy of Duty Station orders.

Incoming Firearm Transfer Fees:


Rifle: $25.00 per transferred item
 
Shotgun: $25.00 per transferred item
 
Pistol: $25.00 per transferred item
 
Revolver: $25.00 per transferred item
 
Lower/Receivers: $25.00 for one; $15.00 each thereafter
 
Ammo/Accessories: $10.00 handling fee per box
 


Outgoing 

Shipping a firearm you sold to someone out of state:

Firearms must ship FFL-to-FFL. Request the seller to email a copy of their, or the  shipping dealer’s, Federal Firearms License (FFL) we are shipping your  firearm to
-Provide the buyer’s contact info to include with the shipment
-Email us to arrange a time to drop off your outgoing transfer
 

Outgoing Firearm Transfer Fees:

 
Rifle: $25.00 per transferred item (+ UPS Shipping cost)
 
Shotgun: $25.00 per transferred item (+ UPS Shipping cost)
 
Pistol: $25.00 per transferred item (+ USPS Flat Rate Shipping cost)
 
Revolver: $25.00 per transferred item (+ USPS Flat Rate Shipping cost)
